A: A TCC Hair System is an advanced non-surgical hair-hair system system. Designed for general cosmetic, hair loss, or thinning hair. No adhesives are required. All systems are customized to client needs.
Q: Is everyone with any kind of hair loss a candidate for hair restoration via this system?
A: Yes. The TCC Hair system benefits men, women, and children with or without hair loss.
Q: What is the cost range for the entire process and hair system?
A: Overall, costs are unique to each client. The cost of a TCC Hair System ranges between $1,400-$8,600.
Q: Are the hair systems insured?
A: All full hair systems are insured. Not including tax or color. Baldness, hairline reconstruction, and hairline tone are insured. Hair color tweaking within the first 15 days of purchase is also insured. This means no cost to clients.
Q: What kind of maintenance is required, how much does it cost, and how often is it needed?
A: Full hair systems are treated just like the clients real natural hair. Half hair systems (toppers) need maintenance every 2-3 months for $140.
Q: How long does the hair system last and is there a guarantee?
A: The hair system is completely custom-designed to the wearer and is worn every day, 24/7. Full hair systems lasts minimum 2 years. Half hair systems 9-12 months. The hair is guaranteed to last as long as it can. The actual scalp last's as stated before.
Q: How do I provide my scalp measurements online?
A: We'll send you an e-mail on how to measure your scalp once hair system is paid in full.
Q: Can I select XS, S, M, L cap size instead of providing custom measurements?
A: Yes. Please see below:
Q: Do you hold hair systems?
A: No. The only hair systems we hold are those paid in full.

A: Yes, online only. Extensions are exclusive so we keep them in our operations facility and not inside hair clinic.
Q: How often can I wash my hair system?
A: As often as you choose however, we suggest once per week and bi-monthly depending on color (blonde/pastels).
Q: Do I need to wear a wig cap underneath my hair system?
A: Hair system caps help with keeping your hair flat and natural baby hairs out of the way. It's not imperative however, it gives a clean finish especially if you have natural hair around your hairline.
Q: Can I style the hair system myself?
A: Yes. You can style your TCC hair system as if you would your natural hair. Heat 450-500 degrees can be used daily. Just refrain from getting to close to the hair systems "scalp". Burns are not insured.
Q: Do you sell human hair systems?
A: All hair systems are 100% human hair from Eastern Europe.
Q: Does my insurance pay for my hair system?
A: Some insurance companies will reimburse you for your hair system. Please call your provider and inquire about cranial prosthetics. You pay for your hair system in full first and then get reimbursed by your insurance.
Q: What products do I use to wash my hair system?
A: Use the products you have at home however, if your hair system doesn't have the same look and feel when purchased, use our recommended products: 2 Chic by Giovanni: Pineapple + Ginger Shampoo and Conditioner or Maui Moisture. You can find these online and/or at your local Whole Foods or Walgreens.
Q: Can I use a leave in conditioner for extra softness?
A: Yes. Leave your conditioner on your hair system for an extra 10-20 minutes while detangling before rinsing.
Q: How can I change the style on my male hair system?
A: Male hair systems are styled and cut as designed. You can change the hair style on male systems depending on its length. The shorter = the least amount of change.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: No refunds. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot extend refunds. We'll work with clients to fix any adjustments on the clients behalf and cost. No exceptions. As of 10/18/19 @ 9:00 AM, clients will have to sign our policy form.
Q: Are pre-designed hair systems in the Houston, TX office?
A: Yes. Pre-designed hair systems are in office. We cannot promise the hair system will fit your scalp. If client leaves the office with a hair system that is too large for their scalp we can fix it but offer no refunds.
Q: What if I don't have an appointment but need a hair system today?
A: Walk-is are welcomed if a consultation is not in session. We'll politely ask you to wait in our lobby area till the clients appointment is finished.
Q: Do you make hair systems with extensions and closers/frontals?
A: No. All hair systems are made by injecting the hair strand onto the "scalp". Clients are able to brush their hands through a hair system as if it were their own hair.
Q: How does the color process work online?
A: Hair color is shown on pre-designed hair systems online and in office. When creating your hair system from scratch, you will pick from the color options online. You can upload a picture of your hair picture desire or we will contact you for a virtual consultation to discuss. Clients in Houston have the opportunity to sit with the colorists to discuss color.
Q: Could you explain shipping?
A: We ship hair systems once the hair system is completed. All deliveries require a signature from client. Expect to have your hair system at your doorstep 20-30 days after designing. We do not ship on weekends. Orders need 2 business days before processing starts. Clients that request "no signature" take full responsibility if FedEx loses the package or if its stolen. We will not replace it. An e-mail is sent for clients to consent to this rule.
Q: Child hair systems, could these be created?
A: Yes, we make hair systems for kids daily.
Q: What activities can I do in my hair system?
A: You can partake in all activities. We do not recommend diving. For extra confidence while doing physical activities, please contact us for adhesives. Please see our client jumping off a 30ft cliff into water HERE
Q: Is there a consultation fee?
A: For full hair systems, no. Toppers, yes. There is a $100 consultation fee with William Coker.
Q: Do you make hair systems for cancer patients?
A: Yes. We make hair systems for cancer patients and all illnesses that cause hair loss. Gastric sleeve, auto-immune deficiency, alopecia, lupus, thyroid, diabetes, AIDS, hormones, hereditary baldness, thinning hair, hashimoto's disease, trichotillomania, anxiety, depression, and more.
Q: No call, no show?
A: Clients receive a text or call 24 hrs before appointment to confirm appointment. After the second no call, no show, you will not be able to schedule an appointment. Please shop online if you've cancelled more than twice with us.
Q: What can I expect during my in office consultation?
A: You'll design your custom hair system in the office. We'll discuss you hair loss, when it started, medications, doctors prediction of hair growth, insurance, cost, length, texture, scalp size, style, color, maintenance, skin tone, and thickness.
Q: Are you a wig store?
A: No. We do not have an unlimited about of styles and options in office. We are a hair loss clinic whom specializes in non-surgical custom hair systems.
Q: How is styling and color handled?
A: Once the hair system foundation is completed, the hair system is handed off to our lead stylist and barber color, cut and style. Clients have the options to (1) meet with stylist for color and style consultation and/or (2) to have their hair system cut and styled on them at the salon. If the client prefers not to have their hair system cut and styled on them at the salon (no privacy), the hair system is colored, cut, and styled before pick up. No additional costs happens after first initial payment or at the salon. This only changes if changes were made after consultation.
Virtual clients do not have this option unless they come to Houston, TX.
Q: What are the terms with wholesale extensions?
A: Packages are 1k, 2.5k, 5k, and 10k. You'll sell under your own label, price, policies, logo, etc. All wholesale clients has our owner as a mentor 24/7.
Q: Can I shop extensions in the office?
A: No. Extensions are sold online only. The office is for hair system design, fitting, and pick-up only.
Q: Is there a Spanish speaking specialist in the office?
A: No. Sonia works from our San Antonio site and is available to talk via phone weekdays between 5-7 PM and Saturday 9 AM - 5 PM.
A: Payments are accepted online and in-office only. Invoices will not be sent to you via e-mail. No other form of payment is accepted outside of cash and checks from national foundations for hair loss.
